Personal Training:
Our clients train anywhere from 2-5 times per week and sessions last anywhere from 45-60 minutes. After our initial consultation, an honest assessment will be made as to how many sessions you will need to invest in per week to attain your goals. We will then create a training and nutrition program to help you reach your goals safely and efficiently.  Discounts are available on packages of 20 or more sessions.
Buddy Training:
Working out with a friend can be great motivation to push harder and reach your goals faster.  Whether it your best friend, sibling, or your spouse, having a common goal can really strengthen your bond! Plus, you'll receive a discounted package rate when you sign up for buddy sessions.
30 minute sessions:
This is a great option for clients who have busy schedules or are just beginning this healthy lifestyle.  We will create a shorter, yet efficient, workout that will challenge you and still fit into your crazy schedule.  Packages are available with a 10 session minimum commitment.

Online/Remote Training:
We realize that sometimes the distance involved, schedule conflicts, or life events can make it challenging to come in and work out in person. We can help you stay on track from your living room, garage, or local gym with custom personal training programs designed to meet your goals. Our plans are easy to follow and most importantly, they get results!  We will email your custom diet and workouts (with photos) each month and communicate with you via Skype, email, or phone. Remote plans start at $50 per month.

FitBody Small Group Training:
We've created a fitness program designed to increase your overall strength and balance, power, endurance, agility, and quickness. You'll train in small groups of 4-6 people which makes the program affordable and still very personalized.  But, unlike your typical "Boot Camp," we utilize a variety of fitness concepts to give you a well rounded program. The program includes: TRX suspension training, kettlebell movements, weightlifting, functional training, plyometrics, and even pilates.  If you're looking for a no-nonsense and affordable way to get in shape then this is your solution! Training times are as follows:
$250/ month Mon-Fri: 8:30 am
$200/ month Mon-Thurs: 6:30 pm

Weightlifting & Body Sculpting Group Training
This option consists of small group training sessions at our studio in Roseville, CA. Sessions are offered 5 days a week, with approximately 6 people per group.  Nutrition plans are included and are changed as needed to keep you from hitting that dreaded plateau.  We also weigh and measure you bi-weekly to help you stay on track and hold you accountable.  Our workouts focus on heavy weightlifting and isolating the various muscle groups to create a fit and symmetrical look.
$250/ month Mon-Fri: 5:20 am & 10 am

Competition training package:
Bodybuilding, Figure, Bikini, Men's and Women's Physique
Interested in stepping on stage?  We can help you achieve your ultimate physique goals with our contest training package. We offer a complete program that includes nutrition plans (including supplement recommendations), personalized workouts, and constant progress monitoring to make sure you stay on course. You'll train at your own gym with our workouts & cardio plans over a minimum period of 12 weeks to acheive amazing results!  The program consists of nutrition plans & workouts sent via email. Weigh-ins and consultations are done at our studio if you live in town, or using email and Skype if you are unable to come into the studio.  We've had great success with our remote competitors and we know that we can help you too!  If you would prefer to incorporate some one-on-one training sessions for further assistance, we also offer packages with personal training sessions that you can use to focus on those problem areas!
